About DCD Services

DCD Services is a project developer, investor, and restructuring partner for real estate in Germany's city centers. We develop, revitalize, and transform properties — creating new perspectives for projects whose potential has yet to be fully realized. We do this across two business lines.

VALUE-ADD DEVELOPMENTS WITH FAMILY OFFICES

Through our family-office investment platform, we develop projects that restore quality and vitality to prime urban locations — using the full range of value-creation levers available in the current market cycle.

REAL ESTATE WORKOUTS FOR LENDERS

Navigating special situations: for banks, German savings banks (Sparkassen), and restructuring advisors, we take operational responsibility for real estate SPVs in special situations — from feasibility studies and trustee structures through full project leadership to successful exits.
