About DCD Services

DCD Services is a project developer, investor, and restructuring partner for real estate in Germany's city centers. We develop, revitalize, and transform properties — creating new perspectives for projects whose potential has yet to be fully realized. We do this across two business lines.

VALUE-ADD DEVELOPMENTS WITH FAMILY OFFICES

Through our family-office investment platform, we develop projects that restore quality and vitality to prime urban locations — using the full range of value-creation levers available in the current market cycle.

REAL ESTATE WORKOUTS FOR LENDERS

Navigating special situations: for banks, German savings banks (Sparkassen), and restructuring advisors, we take operational responsibility for real estate SPVs in special situations — from feasibility studies and trustee structures through full project leadership to successful exits.

Your responsibilities

  • —Planning, steering, and monitoring company- and project-related marketing budgets
  • —Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for our real estate projects in close coordination with management, asset management, and sales
  • —Coordinating all sales and communication materials, in particular floor plans, visualizations, films, websites, brochures, presentations, and giveaways
  • —Steering external agencies, creative service providers, and further project partners – from requesting quotations and awarding contracts to quality, schedule, and budget control
  • —Owning the project-related online presence and developing our digital communication channels, in particular website, social media, SEO, and SEA
  • —Planning and organizing project events such as groundbreaking ceremonies, foundation stone ceremonies, topping-out ceremonies, and openings
  • —Acting as the interface between management, project development, sales, agencies, and other project stakeholders
  • —Working with our PR agency, including topic planning, coordination, and reviewing press and communication texts
  • —Contributing to internal and external corporate communications and ensuring a consistent brand presence
  • —Reviewing and preparing the approval of quotations and invoices within the marketing budget you are responsible for
  • —Ensuring compliance with data protection and internal guidelines in your area of responsibility
  • —Monitoring current market, communication, and marketing trends and developing new ideas for our projects

Your profile

  • —Completed degree with a focus on marketing, communications, or media, or a comparable commercial qualification
  • —Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the real estate industry, project development, or a comparable environment
  • —Experience in steering project stakeholders, agencies, and external service providers
  • —Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep an overview across several parallel projects
  • —Structured, careful, and self-reliant way of working with high quality standards
  • —Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a sure instinct for different interests and target groups
  • —A high degree of initiative, reliability, and team orientation
  • —Confident use of common MS Office applications
  • —Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, or digital marketing tools is a plus
  • —Professional, dependable, and confident manner
