DCD Services operates in two business lines.
DCD Services is a project developer, investor, and restructuring partner for real estate in Germany's city centers. We develop, revitalize, and transform properties — creating new perspectives for projects whose potential has yet to be fully realized. We do this across two business lines.

Through our family-office investment platform, we develop projects that restore quality and vitality to prime urban locations — using the full range of value-creation levers available in the current market cycle.

Großer Grasbrook 9 — the CENTURION Commercial Center, between the Marco Polo and Magellan Terraces, right next to Sandtorpark. Developed and completed by us in 2010, it remains our head office in HafenCity to this day.
